You can rest assured that their care needs are being met as we prepare and implement care plans for all residents. You can be confident that they receive their medications because we utilize the sophisticated OPUS medication management system to assure that all residents receive each and every dose of their medication.

Personalized Elder Care

Apple Ridge provides the best of individual independence, companionship and activity, while benefitting from a supportive loving lifestyle. Apple Ridge is licensed for a maximum of 36 residents. This allows us to really get to know our residents and give our residents the personal attention that they desire. We are able to accommodate a wide range of level of care so that couples with different needs can both live with us. It also eliminates the necessity for a resident to relocate if their level of care changes. Our accommodations range from semi-private to private rooms with private baths, all with large sunny windows.

Safe and Secure Retirement Living

Be assured that our residents are well nourished. We provide three delicious home-cooked meals and snacks each day and can accommodate all dietary needs. And they stay active. We have a full-time activity director who tailors activities to individual resident's preferences. Our residents feel safe and secure. At night there is a minimum of one caregiver awake at all times, who checks on the residents at least every two hours, unless requested otherwise. There is a 24-hour emergency call system in all rooms which is linked to caregiver pagers. The facility security, fire alarm, and sprinkler system are directly monitored via dedicated phone lines by an independent agency.
